Where is your shop?

We are at 1 Thomson Road #01-340A Singapore 300001.

Opening hours - Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm.

How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

We bake cookies to order for you to receive the freshest cookies possible! Please allow 3 - 5 days for your order to be delivered.

Do you deliver everywhere in Singapore?

We deliver to most areas, but not to commercial areas in Tuas, Joo Koon, Pioneer, Sentosa, Jurong Island, airports, hospitals, healthcare facilities, offshore islands, or other restricted areas. During major events that involve road closures (like F1 or NDP), deliveries to affected zones may also be unavailable.

How much is delivery to the CBD?

CBD addresses are charged at $15 per location due to the additional courier handling required. 

What if I’m not home when the courier arrives?

This isn’t an on-demand service, so please make sure someone is available to receive the cookies or that a safe place is prepared for them to be left. Our couriers are not permitted to wait longer than 5 minutes at any address. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be left at security, reception, or another designated spot at your own risk.

What about deliveries to condominiums?

For condos, couriers often face challenges such as unanswered intercoms, limited access from security, or customers not answering their phone. To help, please inform your security guard or management in advance, and ensure your phone is switched on at the time of delivery.

What happens if delivery fails?

If the courier is unable to complete delivery after two reasonable attempts, a redelivery fee of $10 per location will apply. You will be sent a payment link before the next attempt.

Do you do delivery to restaurants and hotels?

Yes, we do. Do inform us of your reservation details (name and contact number) to ensure smooth delivery and for deliveries to hotels, we would require someone to meet the delivery driver at the hotel lobby to receive the order.

*Staff/Concierge must be aware of the delivery and be open during the delivery time slot chosen if the recipient would not be present to receive the delivery.

Are your bakes halal?

We are not a halal-certified bakery. However we use halal friendly ingredients.

Are vegan or gluten-free options available?

No. We currently do not offer any vegan or gluten-free options. We hope to offer these options in the future!

What if I have a nut allergy?

Only our Pistachio cookies contain nuts.

While our other flavours do not include nuts, all bakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts. As such, we’re unable to guarantee a completely nut-free environment.

For those with severe nut allergies, we would recommend avoiding our bakes as a precaution.
